The RE900 EPS Recycling System integrates a crusher, de-duster, and dust compactor for complete EPS scrap recovery. Crushes EPS blocks into beads at 9-10 m³/h, separates dust to below 1%, and compacts waste dust. Recycled beads can be mixed at 5-15% ratio with fresh beads for new block production, achieving above 93% material recovery.
