Mirror-image DN150 mm steel flange on the opposite chamber side. Inlet position 90 degrees offset from virgin inlet ensures two material streams meet at the agitator vortex for fast homogenization. Compatible with -2 to -5 kPa pneumatic conveying from upstream De-duster.

Welded carbon steel chamber, anti-corrosion epoxy lining. Central agitator shaft rotates 4-8 angled paddle blades at 60-100 rpm (slow speed prevents bead breakage). Achieves homogeneous mix in 3-5 minutes per batch. Internal baffle plates eliminate dead zones. Inspection window for visual mix verification.

Ø80-100 mm precision-machined alloy steel shaft (42CrMo, quenched + tempered HRC 28-32). Twin SKF or NSK spherical roller bearings (sealed for life, grease-lubricated) absorb radial + thrust loads. YE3 IE3 motor 4.35 kW (5.8 HP), 380V / 50Hz / IP55, F-class insulation. ABB or Schneider VFD with sensorless vector control adjusts agitator speed 30-120 rpm. Siemens S7-1200 PLC + 7-inch Weintek HMI for ratio recipes. Ethernet/IP integration with upstream De-duster and downstream molding line. Energy-efficient operation (lowest kW per ton processed in the recycle line).

Function

Bottom discharge outlet releases the homogeneously mixed virgin+recycled bead stream to the downstream molding line (block molding or shape molding). Sealed flange design maintains the mix integrity all the way to the molding silo.

Cast steel DN150 mm (200 mm OD) flange with M10 grade 8.8 bolts and EPDM gasket airtight seal. Direct-mount to rotary airlock valve (sold separately) for pneumatic conveyor connection to downstream silo. Output throughput 30-50 m3/hour (highest in the SPH recycle line — pure mixing duty). Discharge sensor triggers low-level alarm to prevent dry-run.
