Operator-facing HMI cockpit with dedicated temperature controllers for the heat-sealing element. Siemens PLC + touch screen interface lets operators set sealing temperature, cycle time, and recipe selection — and load frequently-used specifications in a single tap.

Engineering Details

Twin dual-display PID temperature controllers (range 0-300 degC, plus or minus 1 degC accuracy) for top and bottom heat-sealing wires. 7-inch Weintek HMI touch screen with multi-language interface (EN/ES/CN). Siemens S7-1200 PLC. Status indicator lamps: green (run) / red (fault) / yellow (warning) / amber (standby). Recipe library 50+ slots for common pack sizes.

Function

Twin-spindle film roll unit holds two PE film rolls — one active, one standby. Film-saving stretched wrap reduces material consumption versus shrink film while delivering the same package integrity. Quick-change spindle design lets operators swap empty rolls in under 60 seconds.

Engineering Details

Twin Ø76 mm core spindles with pneumatic locking. Film width compatibility 250-500 mm. Roll diameter up to Ø400 mm (15 kg). Adjustable film tension via magnetic powder brake (0.1-5 Nm). Film-end optical sensor triggers HMI alarm. Compatible with standard 17-25 micron PE stretch film.

Function

Side-mounted film holder plates with star-pattern tension cleats pre-stretch the film as it feeds toward the wrapping zone. Pre-stretching saves 15-25 percent film consumption while improving wrap tightness.

Dual film holder cup design (Ø150 mm) with star-cleat tensioner. Servo-controlled pre-stretch ratio 150-200 percent adjustable via HMI. Powder-coated RAL 5005 industrial blue panels. Anti-static surface treatment prevents film cling. Compatible with both clear and printed PE films.

Function

Hydraulic cylinder Ø50 mm bore, stroke 600 mm, 2-4 second push-pull cycle. Schneider Telemecanique limit switches for end-of-travel detection. Banner or SICK light curtain (raster, 14 mm resolution, EN ISO 13855 compliant). Hydraulic power pack 1.5 kW with pressure 4-6 MPa. Anti-rotation guide rails for arm straightness.

Function

Powered rubber-belt discharge conveyor carries the wrapped package out of the welding chamber to the operator pickup area or downstream pallet-stacking station. Anti-slip surface ensures the wrapped package does not shift during transfer.

Engineering Details

Green PVC rubber belt (3-ply, 5 mm thick) running on aluminum frame rollers. Belt width 500-700 mm, length 1500-2000 mm. 0.55 kW geared motor with VFD for variable speed 5-15 m/min. Photoelectric sensor at exit triggers package-ready signal to upstream loader. Compatible with downstream automatic stacking unit (optional add-on).
