Workshop Requirements
Before equipment arrival, the buyer needs to prepare the following on-site infrastructure.
Engineering specifically tuned for this application — not a generic line.
Vertical SPB-WZ-A vacuum molder produces 4-6 m³ blocks with ±2% density uniformity — generic horizontal molders give ±5-8%, causing CNC cut variation.
SPQ-FR has dust-extraction + ATEX features for graphite EPS (combustible dust). Standard cutters can ignite graphite particles during long cuts.
Construction board needs 48-72h aging vs fish box 6-24h. Skipping = warped board on the wall. We design silo capacity for full aging discipline.
Block load requires 5-10x fish box steam. We size boiler + steam piping per actual production volume, not nameplate marketing numbers.
