Principe de Fonctionnement
SPQ-SK2C combines CNC X-Y motion control with vibration-assisted hot-wire cutting. Wire vibrates at ultrasonic frequency while servo motors trace the profile path. Vibration reduces drag and produces glass-smooth surface finish.
1. Block Mounting
Operator mounts large EPS block (up to 3,000 × 2,500 × 1,200 mm) on CNC bed.
2. CAD Import
Profile design imported as DXF or selected from EIFS profile library on HMI.
3. Vibration Heating
Hot wire heated + vibration head activated (typical frequency 18-22 kHz).
4. CNC Cutting
X-Y servos trace profile contour at 0.5-1.5 m/min; vibration produces glass-smooth edge.
5. Multi-Cut Production
Large workpiece supports multiple profiles per setup — operator changes parameters between cuts on the same block.
