1. Horizontal Hot-Wire Cutting Frame (Yellow Twin-Beam)

Function

The twin yellow beams carry the horizontal hot-wires that traverse the EPS block from top to bottom. Two beams run in parallel to produce two simultaneous horizontal cuts per pass, doubling throughput vs single-beam machines.

2. Vertical Traverse Drive (Belt + Linear Rail)

Function

Moves the horizontal cutting beam smoothly up and down at a controlled, even speed — the speed at which the wire descends sets the cut quality and the cycle time. Belt drive on linear rail keeps the beam parallel to ±0.5 mm over the full 1,260 mm vertical travel.

Function

The operator station combines a PC (for cutting-pattern editing + production records), a 15" monitor (for live cut visualization), and a PLC cabinet (for low-level machine control). One screen, one keyboard, one operator runs the full line — including emergency stop and wire-current monitoring.

1. High-Density Block Storage

Reinforced carousel storage rated for FR-EPS blocks up to 1.26m tall (heavier than standard density). Aging buffer holds 6-12 blocks awaiting cutting.

2. Tilting & Alignment (Heavy-Duty)

High-tonnage hydraulic tilter rotates FR-EPS blocks from mold to cut position. Reinforced side-clamps square the dense block against precision rails — critical for the ±0.3mm tolerance specification.

3. Horizontal Cut — A-Frame Oscillation
