1. FR Block Storage
Aged graphite/FR-EPS blocks staged on carousel — anti-static handling to prevent ignition risk.
2. Tilt & Align
Hydraulic tilter with grounded surface; pneumatic side-clamps square block to frame zero.
3. Horizontal Cut
60 thicker (0.5-0.8mm) nichrome wires slice block at slower 0.5-1.2 m/min; dust extraction simultaneously active.
4. Vertical & Cross Cut
Same as SPQ-B but each wire bank has independent dust capture hood.
5. ATEX Dust Capture
