Incoming Material Inspection
Every batch of steel, electrical components, and hydraulic parts is inspected and tested against specifications before entering our production line.
CNC Precision Machining
Critical machine components are manufactured on CNC equipment with tolerances verified by coordinate measuring machines to ensure dimensional accuracy.
Welding & Assembly Inspection
All welded structures undergo non-destructive testing. Assembly processes follow standardized checklists with quality gate approvals at each stage.
Electrical & Safety Testing
Complete electrical systems are tested for insulation resistance, grounding continuity, and emergency stop functionality before integration into the machine.
Full-Load Trial Run
Every machine undergoes a complete trial run under full production load in our factory to verify performance, cycle time, and energy consumption before shipping.
Pre-Shipment Final Inspection
A comprehensive final inspection covers all mechanical, electrical, and safety parameters. Machines are only released for shipping after passing every checkpoint.
