EPS Fish Box Production Line — Complete Turnkey System
5 integrated subsystems — pre-expander, aging silo, shape molding machine, fish box molds, and utility systems (steam + cooling + compressed air + vacuum) — engineered for seafood boxes, fish boxes, ice-keeping boxes, fruit insulation boxes. Density range 12-30 kg/m³. Daily output 800 to 30,000+ pieces depending on machine count.
Fruit Packaging EPS Tray Line — Multi-Cavity Mold System
Multi-cavity SM-1200/1400 shape molders + buyer-specific mold library (apple tray / mango box / grape liner / OEM design) produce 800-1,500 trays/h at 14-18 kg/m³ ultra-light density. Designed for fruit exporters running 5-12 SKUs per day with 30-minute mold changeover.
EPS Insulation Board Line — Block Molding + CNC Cutting
Vertical SPB block molders (4-6 m³ blocks) + SPQ-A/CM long-board cutting lines + 2-3 day aging — engineered for construction insulation board production (EPS / Graphite EPS / Flame-Retardant EPS) at 12-25 kg/m³ density. 30-80 m³/day capacity.
EPS Decorative Trim Line — Profile Molding + Coating
Small-cavity shape molders + GL-1200 surface coating line for EPS decorative cornice / crown molding / column / wainscoting. Density 20-35 kg/m³. Profiles 50-500mm wide × 2-3m long with embossed design surface.
EPS Packaging Production Line — High-Density Protective Inserts
An EPS packaging production line built on high-density (30-50 kg/m³) shape molders and per-buyer insert molds for electronics, appliance, automotive and medical equipment packaging. Engineered for >100 kPa compression strength and ISTA 3A / ASTM D5276 drop-test evidence, at 3,000-15,000 inserts per day. Designed and built in our own plants, and commissioned on site.
EPS Bean Bag Filling Line — Bead Pre-Expansion + Auto Filling
SPJY pre-expander for small-bead EPS (3-7 mm) plus an automatic gravimetric filling station, built in our own plant. One line covers bean bag chairs, pillows and pet beds as well as loose-fill box filler for void-fill packing. 50-200 kg/h of finished bead.
EPS Foam Scrap Recycling and Mixing System
Convert waste EPS foam scraps into reusable material and reduce production costs. The system consists of Crusher + Dust Removal Unit + Mixing Machine — for reusing EPS scraps generated during molding production, helping manufacturers reduce material waste and lower raw material consumption.
