Working Principle

GL1200 conveys EPS decorative profiles through a coating chamber where mortar/adhesive is uniformly applied.

Step 1

1. Profile Loading

Cut EPS profiles loaded onto inlet conveyor from SPQ-TR or SPQ-SK2C.

Step 2

2. Mortar Application

Coating rollers apply mortar/adhesive at PLC-controlled thickness (1-5mm range).

Step 3

3. Excess Removal

Scraper blade removes excess mortar — recycled back into hopper.

4. Discharge

Coated profiles discharged onto curing rack or shipping pallet.
