Complete recycling line — proportional mixers (SPH-M1250) blend regrind back into virgin bead streams, dust collectors (SPH-D1250) capture EPS dust per ATEX zone-22 requirements, and crushers (SPH-C1250) reduce scrap to regrind feedstock. Closes the material loop at 95-98% recovery rate.

Automatic shape molding machines that form aged EPS/EPP beads directly into finished products using metal molds — fish boxes, cooler boxes, packaging inserts, helmets, and custom industrial parts.
