Working Principle
SPQ-TR uses a single tensioned hot-wire that traces the profile path defined by the HMI recipe. Operator mounts the EPS workpiece, selects profile from library (or imports DXF), starts cycle. Machine cuts the profile contour while wire stays tensioned and at controlled temperature.
1. Workpiece Setup
Operator mounts EPS block on bench (manual or pneumatic clamping); recipes auto-calculate clearance.
2. Profile Selection
HMI displays 50+ bundled EIFS profiles (Roman column, cornice, baseboard, ceiling rose); operator selects or imports custom DXF.
3. Wire Heating
0.3-0.5mm nichrome wire heated to recipe temperature (typically 280-320°C); current monitored to detect breakage.
4. Precision Cutting
Wire traces the contour at 50-200 mm/min; X-Y servo drives maintain ±0.3mm position accuracy.
5. Product Removal
Operator removes finished profile; counter increments; workpiece advanced for next cut if continuous-feed mode.
